Lavender Essential Oil -Essential oils are a must for stress-free night. I love essentials oils and find that they are really effective. I’ve mentioned lavender a number of times on my blog, so it’s no surprise lavender essential oil is on this list. Lavender naturally relaxes you and even helps you sleep. You can smell the oil from the bottle or put it in a diffuser.

Peppermint Essential Oil – The other essential oil I highly recommend is peppermint oil. Peppermint also has a natural calming effect. Not only that, but did you know that peppermint also helps keep spiders away? Peppermint oil is always a must for me when I need to relax. Both lavender and peppermint are great for a stress-free night. I keep both in my closet!

Tea Tree Foot Oil -I LOVE this stuff. I bought it a few months back when I went shopping and I have not been disappointed. This natural herbal spray makes it feel like you’re having your own little spa day.

Capri Blue Jar Candle – CANDLES! I generally have a candle lit everyday when we’re home. It takes awhile to find the right kind of candle that isn’t overpowering, but when you find it, you’ll love it! I’ve never been disappointed with candles from Anthropology, and this one is super fabulous and seems to burn forever. They say it has an 85 hour burn time, but I’m pretty sure it’s more.

Mint Flora Journal – How often do you take the time to relax and just write? Journaling and writing is so effective and therapeutic. I love writing and always find that it’s the best way to clear my mind and relax. A journal is definitely as essential part of a relaxing night.

Thymes Eucalyptus Reed Diffuser – My mom loves eucalyptus, which is a big reason I love it so much. Eucalyptus has many health benefits and I find that the aromas helps me relax, too.

Soothe & Sleep Lavender Pure Epsom Salt Body Oil – Lavender is making an appearance again, surprise, surprise. This salt body oil is moisturizing for your skin (great for winter) and can be used during a bath of after one. If that’s not enough to feel like you’re at a spa, the lavender smell will have you feeling calm and relaxed.

I hope you all get some time to relax this week and gather up some essentials for a stress-free night. Don’t forget to listen to my ultimate relaxation playlist on top of these essentials!

Have a great week, everyone!
