Hey everyone! Happy November! Can you believe it’s November? I love it. Sorry it’s been so long since I’ve posted. Graduate school has been SO busy, but I graduate in May! Woohoo! I can’t believe it.
As many of you know, I am a Christmas fanatic (that may even be an understatement). I love everything about it. Last week, I saw the big Christmas tree being set up near City Hall, and I felt merry and jolly already (the photo is below)! Don’t worry – there will be many Christmas and holiday posts to come soon. 🙂 Anyway, I wanted to give you all a little preview about some upcoming blogs and what I’ve been up to lately.
Gift Giving Guide
Get ready for some gift giving guides this holiday season! I’m putting together some great, budget friendly guides that will be sure to help you with your holiday shopping. Stay tuned!
More book reviews! I have some great books to read, and I’ve been getting book recommendations from fellow bloggers and friends, and I’d love more! If you have any, comment on this post and let me know your picks!
There will be some new product reviews on Casually Christiana! I don’t want to give too much away, but I’m excited to share them with you.
New Pie Recipes
I’m planning on getting some major pie baking on this holiday season! I am planning on sharing the recipes I use and my favorite pie crust designs. Excited? Good. 🙂
Ok, simply put, you can expect some fun Christmas posts.
Calvin Klein Jeans
Ok, I have to put a little plug in about Calvin Klein. I am tall and have really small legs, and Calvin Klein stretchy jeans are LITERALLY the best. Nic and I just went to the outlet last weekend, and I bought a new pair of jeans and I love them. If you’re looking for a new pair of comfortable jeans, Calvin Klein will NOT disappoint.
Any other Lands’ End fans? I just bought a new Down Parka from them, and it is so warm, cozy and stylish! If you’re on the hunt for a new winter coat, I highly recommend them!
Anyone else watching Countdown to Christmas?! I OBVIOUSLY am. I just watched Christmas Under Wraps yesterday and LOVED it! I also saw Merry Me at Christmas and loved it just as much. What are your favorite Hallmark Christmas movies?! Tell me!
Christmas Card Photo
Nic and I are taking our Christmas photo this weekend. I just wanted to share this, because well, I love taking our Christmas photo.
Grad school has kept me the busiest lately. Homework, papers and presentations, oh my! I love it, though. It’s been a great journey.
I hope you all enjoyed my blog previews and mini summaries of some of the things I’ve been up to. I am really excited for the blog posts I have coming up – especially since I’ll have more time to write them.
Talk to you all soon!
