Smile Brilliant Night Guard Review

Hey, everyone! It’s been a minute. I hope you’re all doing well, and enjoying fall!

A few months ago, Smile Brilliant reached out to me and asked if I wanted to review their custom night guard. I don’t know about you, but grinding my teeth at night has always been an issue for me (especially when I’m stressed). I’d often wake up with an achey jaw and severe headaches, and I knew it came from grinding at night. So, when Smile Brilliant reached out, I was more than excited to test out a potential solution to a painful problem.

If you grind your teeth at night, you might experience:

  • Stiff jaw
  • Headaches
  • Restless sleep
  • Tooth sensitivity
  • Worn teeth

Alright, let’s be real here – NOBODY has time for that!

Let’s get to the good stuff now…

What I love about these night guards is that they are TRULY custom! You get to create your own mold of your teeth, send it in, and get a custom guard that fits your teeth perfectly.

One thing I was worried about was that the guard wouldn’t fit well, and that definitely was not the case. So – this was automatically a win. I chose to get a guard for the top part of my teeth, and I’m really happy with that decision. I always really like that you get to pick what you prefer!

When my guard finally came, I was ready as ever to give them a try. I tested it for a few months, and here are my BIGGEST results:

  • Goodbye headaches & jaw stiffness! That’s right – my headaches and jaw pain disappeared and man, am I ever grateful.
  • More restful sleep – yep, my sleep became better. Not waking up to pain in my jaw was an amazing feeling, which resulted in better sleep.
  • Peace of mind – like I said, this is priceless

This custom night guard is so comfortable, but the peace of mind it brings me that I won’t be waking up in pain is truly priceless. Have you experienced issues with grinding your teeth at night? If so, I highly recommend Smile Brilliant’s Custom Night Guard. You will NOT be disappointed!
